I put in the wrong address, Can I change it?

If the order has not yet been processed, then please reach out
so that we can fix your order info. But once your order has been processed
we can not change your order info, sorry.

I don't want this item anymore, can I cancel or get something else?

Sorry, but once your order is place, there can be no changes to your purchased items.
So please choose wisely!

Can I return/exchange my items?

Unfortunately, due to the global impact of COVID-19 on our customers, we have a NO return/exchange policy, especially if it is an error on the behalf of the customer.
SO PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR ITEMS CAREFULLY. And read the descriptions to avoid any inconvenience.

If items are stolen, lost, or packages delayed by the carrier, Bad Dahlia will not be responsible. So please purchase insurance if you have had this issue before.



When will my order be processed?

All orders have a process time of one to three business days (Monday-Friday)excluding some federal holidays.

Okay, so how long does shipping take? And what about custom fees?

United states orders can take between 3-5 business days but delays might be experienced due to COVID-19

Internationally can take up to 20 business days but might experience delays due to COVID-19 as well as
customs fees determined by their countries regulations

Is tracking on my pack?

Every purchase as a tracking number but you will have to pay extra for insurance.
